Faith

 Since the very first time I showed my kids the movie Facing the Giants this has been the verse I live by. 

And honestly,  I have needed these words more times than I wish to count,  but they have sustained me. 

Knowing that the Lord, my God, has been with me through all these trials has helped to give me strength when I thought I didn't have any left. 

I have cried out to God when I was sick,  or poor, or sad,  or feeling lost or alone.  I've been in the depths of sorrow and I've cried to God "Please Lord, take my burden," and He does. 

Nothing is impossible with God.
